Once you've decided that you want to buy a home, you want to talk to a lender and see what you can qualify for. The last thing you want is to find that PERFECT home and then find out it's out of your budget. Don't be disappointed. Find out the facts first.

This is the fun part!  Get out there and see some houses. We will go together for private showings, which is 100% your time to check out the house in detail. You can also go to open houses, which are open to the public. Open Houses are good ways to start dreaming, if you aren't sure you're ready to buy yet.

This is when things start to get real! You're about to buy a home! Don't worry, we will walk you through the whole process, explaining all the paperwork, to make sure that you know what you are signing. Should your offer get accepted, we will guide you through the next steps, all the way to closing.
